Flavours & Servings

All of our cakes are made by us from the highest quality ingredients. Our cakes are deliciously moist tempting you to keep coming back for more. We have a lovely range of flavours however we are constantly inventing new flavours so if you have a special request feel free to discuss your ideas with us.

You will need to know how many people you will be serving and how you will be serving the cake.

Traditional serving – coffee/tea slices: a finger slice of cake accompanied by other desserts or served on a platter per table

Dessert serving – dessert slices: a larger slice of cake catering for every person attending the function.

Cupcakes – generally served as a single serve for dessert for each individual attending the function – you can allow for a 6 inch round or square mud cake on top to keep for later or use to serve the bridal table.

You can choose different flavours for each layer if you wish. These include:

Even though a lot of people are choosing cakes other than fruit cake these days we have a wonderful exceptionally moist fruit cake perfect for any function including Christmas. Mud cakes are also superb and have been described by many who have tasted them as simply LUSH.
