Located on the NSW Central Coast Karen’s Specialty Cakes delivers from the Central Coast to Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

Our aim is to make your choice as simple as possible even when there are so many options. With a friendly and professional approach we can assist you make the decisions you may not be sure of OR you may come to us with an idea in mind and we will work closely with you to create your special centrepiece – YOUR CAKE.

We do not aim to MEET your expectations we aim to EXCEED your expectations, not only in design but also in flavour …it is important to not only have a cake that looks Great but tastes Great as well.

Many of us have a sweet tooth so what better way to finish off a fine meal by using your cake as a superb dessert or simply to enjoy with a coffee. After all, you do want your guests to enjoy every part of your special day.

All flowers created from modelling paste are hand crafted by Karen and can be coloured to match and compliment your theme. (Bring some fabric along to your appointment so we can match your colours and theme)

The amount of flowers is dependent on every individuals taste. Choices of the type of flowers can vary. Some use flowers made from modelling paste where others prefer fresh flowers and some decide not to have flowers at all, they just choose ribbon or simple piping, the choice is endless and Most Importantly of All the Choice is Yours!
